'Drug' lollies uproar goes on to say that "tests have shown the hemp lollipops are legal as they do not contain the active ingredient of cannabis, the narcotic chemical THC." So, they don't contain 'cannabis' but they send the wrong message to our kids we will try to ban them. What message does that send? Oh, and THC is not a narcotic. The
